Q:What if the game freezes?

A:You may need to upgrade the amount of RAM in your computer. RAM stands for Random Access Memory. RAM is used by your computer to read and write information quickly during a game session. Toontown requires at least 90MB (megabytes) of RAM, but we recommend 128MB- 256MB to get the best experience.

It is important for the RAM you have in your computer not to be taken up by other programs. By closing other programs before entering Toontown, you will free up more RAM to be used by the game.

You can usually upgrade the amount of RAM in your computer fairly cheaply and easily. You can purchase and have RAM installed at your favorite computer store or by dealing with your computer vendor.

To identify the amount of RAM your computer has, please right-click on "My Computer" and select "Properties." You can see how much RAM your computer has on the General tab.
