Q:I forgot my password.

A:Click on the red "Play" button in the navigation bar. Then click on the blue "Forgot Password" button. From there you can give us your account name, and the password will be sent to your e-mail account. If you didn't provide an e-mail address when you signed up, you must call customer service.
