Q:How do I cancel my paid account?
A: You may cancel your Membership at any time either online or by phone. You'll receive a confirmation email once your Membership has been successfully cancelled.

To cancel your Membership by phone, please contact Customer Service at (888) 332-1626 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Sunday. Please note that all times are Pacific Standard.
If you cancel your account and wish to re-subscribe to Toontown, the cost of membership will be the current subscription rates listed on our website.
Non-US users who cannot make the phone call can click here and select the Billing category to request cancellation. Please remember to send us your Member Name, the billing name on the account, and DOB or street address when requesting cancellation.
Once your Membership subscription has expired, you can continue to play Toontown using one Toon as a Free account -- for as long as you want, whenever you want. Any items you have purchased and received for this Toon and their Estate, at the time your subscription expires, will remain available for your use. Please note that any items which remain in your mailbox will become unavailable and you must re-subscribe to access your mailbox.
