Q:How can I cancel my subscription?

A:Click here for details on how to cancel your Toontown subscription.


Q:How can I transfer Toons to a different account?

A:We can assist you with transferring a Toon through e-mail or Live Chat. To request a Toon transfer through e-mail, send a message to toontown@disneyonline.com and include the username and password for each account, and the name of each Toon you'd like to transfer. We'll contact you via e-mail as soon as the Toon Transfer has been completed.


Q:I'm experiencing a technical problem. Can Toontown Live Chat help with this?

A:We'll be happy to assist you with technical problems in Live Chat. Before logging in with Live Chat, be sure to click here and send a bug report. When you send a bug report, we'll be able to view information about your computer to help us troubleshoot the problem with you.


Q:Can you tell me when a new feature is going to be released in Toontown?

A:Live Chat is designed for technical assistance, limited billing assistance, and limited advice for gameplay. We don't offer information about future releases in Live Chat, but you can find all the latest information on the Toontown homepage and in the Release Notes.


Q:My password isn't working, or I've forgotten it. How can I retrieve my password?

A:You can retrieve your password by clicking the "Forgot Password?" button on the Toontown log-in page. If you've chosen a Parent Password, you'll also receive it when you use the Password Reminder.


Q:I see a "License Agreement" page when I try to log into Toontown. I already have a Toontown account, so what's going on?

A:If you're already a Member, don't panic! It's normal to see this page if you've cleared your browser's cookies recently, or if you're logging in from a new computer for the first time. It's safe to click "I Agree" on the page, and doing this will not affect your existing account status or your progress in the game.


Q:I'm having a problem with the Test Site.

A:Unfortunately Chat support is only available for the Open Site.
